Our scenario intelligence platform, AI-enabled tools, and expert services help teams move from noisy threat information to structured resilience evidence. Venation connects cyber threats to critical business services, executive decision points, and improvement actions in one repeatable workflow.

For mature organizations, we help install and operate a resilience evidence layer: scenario intelligence, evidence templates, board and regulator-ready reporting, tailored scenario development, threat assessments, workshops, and managed resilience support.

For smaller organizations and supply chain partners, we are developing accessible scenario intelligence agents that provide practical cyber resilience guidance through low-friction channels such as WhatsApp. This helps address cyber inequity by giving suppliers and smaller teams access to guidance that would otherwise require mature tooling, dedicated cyber teams, or expensive consulting.

After building and leading threat intelligence teams at Fortune 500 companies, Gert-Jan founded Venation to bridge the gap between threat information and practically implementing defenses. His experience spans 15+ years in cybersecurity leadership roles.

Martyn Gill, Fractional COO

After more than two decades in military, government and industry cybersecurity leadership, Martyn Gill co-founded ORNA Inc to innovate the field of incident response and established various venture studio initiatives to help entrepreneurs win.
